New Year- New You Programme Set to Launch!

This week ten lucky individuals will be embarking on one of the best Diet and training programmes they will ever complete.

Following the Elimination Diet for 25 days, coupled with high intensity cardio workouts, the programme will ensure a weight loss of at least 15lbs.
