New Hove location classes at Crossfit Connect!

PLEASE NOTE! CLASS TIMES/LOCATIONS ARE CHANGING FROM NEXT WEEK

will have 2 locations:

ZT Fitness, Fonthill Road, Hove- with larger studio!

Monday: 8pm-8.45pm (Beginners)

Wednesday: 7pm-8pm (Advanced)

Crossfit Connect, Unit 9, Hove Enterprise Centre, Basin Road North, BN41 1UY

Thursday: 7.30pm- 8.30pm (Intermediate)

Saturday: 12-1pm (Intermediate)

This location is ideal for us, with outdoor space to train in and lots of funky toys!

Its only down the road from the King Alfred, just West of Hove Lagoon on the seafront.
